They put me in a room for four hours bleeding heavily on a drip with no buzzer, they hardly checked on me to see if I was ok.
I could hear them outside my room laughing and having tea and cakes talking about how much money they get when I called for help they ignored me.
There were two nurses that came to try and take blood tests they tried unsuccedfully to get blood, one nurse came in with a rubber glove and tied it very tight around my arm stopping all the blood and again they unsucessfuly took blood and caused very severe bruising to the back of my arm.
when I got home I realised why the were not getting any blood, as they hadnt released the glove to let the blood out which really worried me about their training. They did not seem to know what they were doing.
Without seeing a doctor they decided I was alright and sent me home at 4am in the morning telling me to catch the train, I felt very faint and week and was bleeding heavily.I had also had an operation on monday a few days before, I was not sure where the blood was coming from.

Hi Kim. It sound's awful - are you ok now? You really need to complain to the hospital, these nurses need sacking. You can write to the chief executive of the hospital and they have to respond.
This is the way of the world now under this Government. The stats will show you were treated within a certain timescale to meet targets and thats all that matters. All complaints to any government organisations are answered by automatons who care even less about you than the people you complain about. So complain by all means but it will get you nowhere, try a civil claim and that just might cause a flutter.
